Key Responsibilities: Chasing overdue payments and updating account records Assisting with invoicing and basic bookkeeping Managing calls, emails, and parent communication Scheduling classes/events and updating timetables General admin duties to support the team (If applicable) Supporting marketing activities -- social media posts, newsletters, and promotional campaigns Skills & Experience: Organised and detail-oriented Confident communicator (written & verbal) Experience in accounts/bookkeeping preferred Able to work independently and manage time well Performing arts knowledge/interest a plus Marketing and social media skills highly desirable for extra hours What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Flexible part-time hours (some remote work possible) Opportunity to take on extra hours with marketing responsibilities Supportive and creative environment
