Summary



We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our team , the successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting our operations by managing administrative tasks efficiently and ensuring clear communication with all relevant parties. This position is crucial to ensure our operational priorities are met.

Responsibilities



Dealing with bottlenecked matters which need to be resolved and moved onwards Working directly with the Director on adhoc projects Utilize relevant software systems

Example of works



Helping with developing new system including AI related works Researching matters and short listing information for the director Handling bottlenecks which are holding back onwards movement of a varied amount of different matters, from property development to IT systems

Requirements



Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position. Strong proficiency inIT systems including online systems Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
