Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact, offering a welcoming front-of-house experience, greeting clients, and providing refreshments.
Manage switchboard calls, ensuring messages are accurately recorded and communicated.
Oversee diary and meeting room management, including catering arrangements.
Coordinate staff travel and accommodation across the UK and Europe.
Process payroll & Inputting sales invoices onto Sage.
Handle invoice input, obtain material quotes, and place orders.
Prepare and manage purchase orders and invoices.
Maintain confidential HR administration records with precision.
Perform general administrative tasks, including managing calls, emails, stationery and PPE orders, filing, photocopying, and coordinating training and events.
Working Hours
Thursday:
12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Friday:
8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
What We're Looking For
? Proven experience in administration.
?Proficiency in Sage for payroll and financial processes.
