We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation. Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions and reconciling accounts
Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks
Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently and accurately
Prepare financial reports and statements as required
Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant financial regulations
Collaborate with auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation
Experience
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar finance role
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger management
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
Previous experience working in a professional environment is preferred but not mandatory
