What you'll do:
Own employee relations cases and provide proactive, practical guidance and support
Coach managers on best practice for managing staff and volunteers
Work proactively alongside our operational teams, particularly in retail, identifying and delivering solutions to develop our culture and drive performance
What we're looking for:
Solid operational HR partnering experience
Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to travel across Warrington and a valid UK driving licence
