Carry out general maintenance: plumbing, joinery, painting, tiling, minor electrical, and hot tub servicing.
Complete weekly checks (hot tubs, fire safety, emergency lighting, water flushing, etc.).
Respond to urgent repair or call-out requests (rota shared with housekeeping team).
Oversee compliance and certification schedules (PAT, EICR, Legionella, Fire Safety).
Coordinate and supervise contractors for specialist works.
Maintain records of maintenance actions and costs (via Guesty/PMS task system).
Support property refurbishments and development projects as required.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in property or hotel maintenance management.
Competence in basic plumbing, joinery, and electrical work.
Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
UK driving licence and own transport (Killin/Achianich are rural locations).
Ability to work independently and take ownership of standards.
Desirable
Experience with hot tub maintenance and water testing (training can be provided).
Understanding of short-term let compliance requirements (STL, fire, legionella).
Familiarity with digital task tracking (Guesty, Trello, or similar).
