Kit Kemp Design Studio, the award-winning creative force behind Firmdale Hotels, is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant (24hrs) to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and creative studio, supporting the team with essential administrative and organisational tasks. The role is ideal for someone with an interest in interior design, who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment.

Key Skills & Experience:

Provide administrative support to the design team, including managing correspondence and filing. Assist with organising materials, samples, and project documentation. Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth running of daily studio operations. Support with scheduling, data entry, and general office duties as required.

About You:

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an

interior design

or creative environment. Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to multitask. A passion for design and creativity is highly desirable.
