We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have a background in administrative support. Duties
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Maintain accurate records and databases using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
Process invoices and manage financial records using QuickBooks.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Organise office supplies and equipment, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
Previous office experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of clerical procedures.
Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
