The Role: Operations & Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated Operations & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a varied and hands-on role that offers exposure across all departments including sales, customer service, web development, social media, warehouse operations, and admin. You'll be supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to marketing and web-related tasks, helping to keep the business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with order processing and customer enquiries (email/phone) Support web development tasks, content updates, and product listings (WordPress, Shopify) Manage social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns Assist in administrative duties including invoicing, stock updates, and data entry Collaborate with the warehouse team during peak times for packing and dispatch Create and edit graphics and documents for marketing or sales use Provide general operational support across departments as required
Ideal Candidate:

Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Interest or background in marketing, operations, or e-commerce Willingness to get involved in various areas of the business, including physical tasks when needed
Desirable Skills:

Experience with WordPress and/or Shopify Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic knowledge of web design or graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) Understanding of e-commerce operations and online customer service
