Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will support various marketing initiatives, contributing to the development and execution of campaigns that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience. This role requires strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a passion for marketing.

Duties

Assist in the creation and implementation of email marketing campaigns Collaborate with team members to develop engaging content for various channels, including social media and websites. Support the design of marketing materials using Adobe software, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Create marketing materials on Canva Assist in the maintenance/upload of You Tube videos Manage the branding of the internal company documents Maintain accurate records of marketing activities Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to coordinate marketing efforts. Assist in organising promotional events and campaigns, providing logistical support as needed. Create newsletters Maintain our company information on third party websites

Qualifications

Proficiency in producing leaflets/artwork Experience with email marketing tools is highly desirable. Experience of the financial services sector, particularly financial advice firms is key Strong copywriting skills. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. A keen interest in marketing trends and best practices. Previous experience in a marketing role or relevant coursework is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: 15.00-18.00 per hour
