commercial, revenue-driving role

at the heart of the business.

We are looking for an experienced

sales-driven, commercially focused Front of House Coordinator

who lives locally and takes ownership of bookings, occupancy, and customer conversion and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a

high level of customer service

, welcoming clients and directing them within the centre Convert enquiries into bookings using a confident, consultative sales approach Drive sales of classes, treatments, memberships, workshops, and room hire Own and optimise a

busy booking diary

, actively filling gaps and increasing occupancy Work to

weekly and monthly sales and occupancy targets

Support the

preparation of rooms for classes, treatments, and hires

Use booking systems and data to follow up leads (

Momence preferred

) Promote offers and availability via customer emails and social media Manage POS, payments, and basic reporting (

Excel, Word, PowerPoint

) Ensure smooth day-to-day front-of-house operations

About You

Experience in a

target-driven, sales-focused front-of-house or reception role

Confident closing sales and working to KPIs Commercially aware, organised, and proactive Professional, personable, and customer-focused

Lives locally

and available for evenings and weekends
