Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-up with clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback using IT systems.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Be computer literate
Produce handover packs and have the ability to chase site for documents required
Be happy to navigate between Towcester (main site where you will be based) and other developments to perform viewings when required.
be flexible when needed with hours to meet buyer needs. Overtime offered and capped at additional 5 hours per week.
Must be Proactive and have the ability to work to deadlines and possess the skills and temperament to push where needed. This role requires a strong and motivated individual.
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in IT systems for record keeping and reporting purposes.
Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
A valid driving licence is essential for client visits and meetings.
