Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our business growth efforts. Reporting to the

Head of Direct and Indirect Sales

, you'll play a key role in identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and working closely with our sales and marketing teams to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify target prospects across defined markets or sectors. Initiate outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate interest and qualify leads. Book discovery calls and meetings for the sales team. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Follow up with prospects and ensure consistent communication. Collaborate with marketing on campaign execution and lead nurturing.

Requirements

Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (B2B preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently. Organised, proactive, and able to manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Availability to work 3 full days per week,

(days negotiable).
