We are a company that specialises in selling Garden Buildings, Log Cabins, and Garden Offices and are looking for a highly motivated part-time salesperson to join our team. This position is job-sharing with the full-time Salesperson, including covering holidays and weekends when needed. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and work independently.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering calls and communicating effectively with customers.
- Manage customer inquiries and requests.
- Prepare and process sales orders and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Work independently and use your initiative.
- Basic computer skills are required, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and email usage.
- Time management and organisational skills
- Open and secure the site as required.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the premises, maintaining well-kept show buildings.
- Availability to work 3-4 days a week, including weekends.
