We are seeking a Professional who can help generate business ( existing contacts preferable ) and be in a position to help build a business from start. We need a person who is dedicated, will work what hours are needed to become part of a new & exciting venture. Experience within this specialised industry is a must and he/she should be able to communicate at ALL levels and be able to generate detailed and compliant tenders.

It is essential for The Fire Protection Specialist to ensure the safety and compliance of fire protection systems within various facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fire protection principles and be skilled in system design and build, contributing to the development and implementation of effective fire safety measures.

Responsibilities



Design and develop fire protection systems tailored to specific facility needs, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Conduct thorough assessments of existing fire protection systems, identifying areas for improvement or upgrades. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors during the construction phase to ensure proper installation of fire protection systems. Perform regular inspections and maintenance on fire protection equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Prepare detailed reports on system performance, compliance status, and recommendations for enhancements. Provide training and guidance to staff on fire safety practices and emergency response procedures. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to fire protection.

Skills



Generate new business from a cold and standing start. Bring new clients to the business. Be able to take the business through accreditation with Blue Sky. Proficiency in system design and build related to fire protection systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and devise effective solutions. Excellent communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Attention to detail in documentation and reporting processes. Knowledge of relevant fire safety codes, standards, and regulations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 40,000.00-80,000.00 per year
