While Meet Bros is famous for its flame-grilled steaks, our pasta dishes bring bold flavor and finesse to the table. We're looking for a passionate and skilled Pasta Chef to lead our pasta station, crafting fresh, flavorful dishes that complement our signature meats and elevate the guest experience.

Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards Prepare and cook pasta dishes with consistency, flavor, and visual appeal. Craft sauces from scratch, ensuring balance and harmony with pasta selections. Maintain a clean and organized pasta station, adhering to food safety standards. Monitor inventory and assist in ordering ingredients specific to pasta production. Collaborate with the Head Chef on seasonal specials and menu development. Train junior staff on pasta preparation techniques and station protocols

Experience

2+ years in a professional kitchen preferably in Asian Kitchen or Italian Restaurant Hands-on experience in High Volume Asian Restaurant or similar is preferred Proven ability to manage a pasta station during high-volume service Experience with plating and presentation standards in upscale dining Knowledge of food safety protocols and kitchen hygiene practices Collaborative work with culinary teams on menu development and seasonal specials Training or mentoring junior staff in pasta techniques and prep Inventory and prep management for pasta ingredients and station supplies Adaptability in fast-paced environments, with a focus on consistency and quality
