We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pasta/Fish Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. As a Chef , you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals that delight our guests. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and adherence to food safety standards. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
Follow food safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Help train new kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety practices.
Qualifications
5 years experience as Pasta/Fish Chef .
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
