Pastry Chef/ Kitchen Assistant

13 per hour

7am to 7pm daily (4 shifts 1 week, 3 shifts the next)

Every second weekend off

If you are invited to attend an interview, we will discuss your availability; however, you should be able to work throughout the day and at weekends.

:

Home baking Duties- Producing a variety of cakes, biscuits, and tray bakes daily (experience preferred) Stock rotation - Effectively rotating stock on receipt of deliveries to kitchen HACCP - Documenting daily records Cleaning - To carrying out kitchen porter duties operating the dishwasher, Cleaning hot trollies at lunch & Dinner and general kitchen cleanliness. Working a 2-week shift rotation with every second weekend off, working no more than 3 days in a row with 3 days off each week.
