About the Role
As a Patient Coordinator, you'll be a key part of the patient experience. Your role will focus on outbound calls to patients who are currently undergoing treatment. You will:
Check in on patient progress and experience
Provide support, answer questions, and offer guidance
Address any concerns or issues professionally and efficiently
Ensure patients feel supported and valued throughout their journey
This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust over the phone.
