Care Navigator/Administrator
Pen-Y-Bont Practice is a very busy GP surgery and we are looking to recruit a person who is team player with excellent people skills, has the ability to work under pressure and is able to multi-task. If you enjoy working as part of a team and are enthusiastic, empathetic, friendly and caring, then this is the job for you!
The successful applicant would provide general assistance to the practice team as well as assisting patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare. It is essential that the successful applicant is professional, courteous, efficient and is able to project a friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
The ideal candidate should also be able to work efficiently and effectively in a very busy environment.
Previous experience working as a receptionist in a medical environment is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
Work Location: In person
