We are currently seeking a Patient Coordinator to join the team at our busy 4 surgery Cambridge Court Dental Clinic, based in the heart of Edgware Road near Oxford Street.
Your role will be pivotal in leading our unwavering purpose of improving people's lives and will be directly responsible for facilitating appointments for patients to improve their oral health and in turn overall health.
You will be required to deliver care and information to patients to ensure repeat appointments are booked as they leave the practice. You will collaborate with nurses and dentists to support the running of patient appointments while reducing wasted space in the diary, which could have been offered to someone in the local community. You will also be encouraged to look for opportunities to grow the practice's potential.
You will also receive further training and development for this role and will be awarded a pay increase on the successful sign off the required induction/training modules.

About You
The main duties will include:
Be the welcoming first point of contact for our patients
Maintain accurate and complete patient data records on the system
Increase email capture for every patient
Encouraging surveys to be completed to boost our net promoter score
Rebook every patient on exit when possible
Collect patient payments when booking in advance or when overdue
Handling lab work courier collections
Escalate complaints on the rare occasion of receiving one
Preserve high standards across the front of practice environment
Adhere to cash and banking protocols
Monitor practice email inbox
Suggest areas of growth and improvement when possible
