The role
The Woolston & Chartwell Partnership are looking for a
Patient Coordinator
(Receptionist) to join our team. This post will require you to work both at Woolston Lodge Surgery and Chartwell Green Surgery. You will be the first point of contact to patients, both on the telephone and face-to-face, assisting with queries and signposting to the most appropriate professional.
Customer service is extremely important to us. We want our patients to know that we care and have their healthcare and well-being at the heart of everything we do. The Patient Coordinator role can be very busy and often demanding - you will be surrounded by a supportive team on hand to guide and develop you.
Session days and hours
Sessions and hours are to be confirmed but will be a combination of morning and afternoon sessions, between 7:15-20:00. Around 18-25 hours per week.
There is also the opportunity for additional, flexible hours on an ad-hoc basis depending on any colleague absence.
