The Role:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Patient Services Advisor to join our team. This in-person, client-facing role is central to delivering an exceptional patient experience and providing first-class administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping to manage enquiries, bookings, and general information requests.
This is a junior role ideal for someone looking to start a career in healthcare administration, with opportunities for progression over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from the mainline and provide excellent, clear communication at all times.
Taking ownership of patient pathway and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by confidently guiding patients through options
Make and manage patient bookings in line with clinic protocols.
Respond to patient queries and direct to appropriate teams promptly where escalation is required
Maintain accurate patient information and update systems as required.
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks that support the smooth running of the clinic.
Provide a positive, reassuring customer experience that reflects LG values
Support ad-hoc calls, such as contacting patients who do not attend appointments or need to book follow-up appointments
Provide support with future Website live chat enquiries when implemented on the website.
Experience & Qualifications
Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
