Duties
Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance patient experience and streamline operations.
Monitor patient feedback and address concerns promptly to improve service quality.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards within the healthcare sector.
Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices in patient interaction and service excellence.
Analyse departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication among staff members.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting is essential.
Strong understanding of patient care processes and healthcare regulations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.

Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
