Payroll & Accounts Co-ordinator

. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional to join a supportive and friendly team, ensuring payroll is delivered accurately, on time, and in full compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage & process monthly payroll from end to end

Maintain accurate employee and payroll records

Process statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and SPP

Ensure payroll compliance with HMRC and RTI reporting requirements

Process Pension submissions

Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs including verification of new employees,

administer payments & deductions for flexible benefits & amendments to

contracts

Calculating holiday allowances & reconciliation

Reporting on contract hours

Mileage returns and payments

Address and resolve payroll-related queries

Assist with processing petty cash & reconciliations

Assist with credit card admin and expense coding

Perform any reasonable additional duties within your capability as requested by

management as necessary to support the business

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:



Ideally at least 3 years' experience in UK end to end payroll processing

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet

multiple deadlines

Clear and professional communication skills

Up-to-date knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory payments

Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy

A high level of discretion when handling confidential information
