We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to oversee our payroll functions for a portfolio of clients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of payroll systems and auto enrolment.
Duties
Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
Conduct data entry for employee records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Collaborate with clients to manage employee benefits, deductions, and P11d's.
Oversee accounts payable related to payroll invoicing
Manage auto enrolment for clients.
Perform regular audits of payroll data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Prepare detailed reports for management analysis.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information while adhering to data protection regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience in a payroll management role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
Familiarity with payroll software and principles related to payroll processing.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
