Job Description

Supporting Payroll to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, taking the lead on large scale redundancy program and intercompany recharges.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage payroll activities related to large-scale redundancy programs, including statutory payments, severance calculations, and compliance with employment legislation. Handle intercompany recharging processes, ensuring accurate allocation of payroll costs across entities

Additional tasks as a support to Payroll Coordinator



Support the processing of payroll accurately and on time for all employees Ensure compliance with tax laws, pension schemes, and statutory deductions. Prepare and submit payroll reports to finance and HR teams Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits. Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee data and cost allocations. Stay updated on payroll legislation and company policies. Ensure all eligible employees are enrolled in the Company Pension Scheme (Legal & General). Produce data is collated and reports generated for business reasons (monthly, yearly, insurance). Provide data for Life Insurance, Private Health Insurance, P11D's Ad-hoc reporting (Gender Pay Gap, Man Hours, Overtime)

Knowledge & Experience:



Demonstrated experience in managing payroll for large-scale redundancy programs. Experience with intercompany recharging and cost allocation. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to work to strict deadlines and remain calm in stressful situations Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (Specifically ADP). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 4-6 months

Pay: Up to 42,500.00 per year
