Process multiple payroll runs accurately using Sage Payroll. Maintain payroll data and perform administration tasks in Sage Line 50. Administer workplace pension schemes, including enrolments and contributions. Calculate holiday pay in line with policy and regulations.
Manage and maintain the Time & Attendance system. Update and support rota management via Rotamaster. Ensure compliance with PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP, SPP, and Pension auto-enrolment requirements. Resolve payroll queries and discrepancies promptly.
Administration of company pensions Provide administrative support across the finance function. Maintain awareness of team duties to provide cover during absence or holidays. Protect payroll data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity. Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency.
