Join our dynamic Shared Service Centre team as a Payroll Specialist, where you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and efficient payroll services across Northern Europe. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsible for processing end to end payroll for an entity within Northern Europe (GB, SE, IE, FI, DK)
Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate recording of payroll transactions
Provide specialist pay advice to business partners and senior managers
Act as the daily point of contact for payroll-related queries
Partner with HR, ADP, and local finance teams to deliver best-in-class payroll processes
Liaise with the wider finance team to provide reports as required
Work with the payroll provider to ensure data is accurate and always correct
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for payroll processes and procedures
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Strong payroll experience, ideally including international payroll processing.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
High levels of attention to detail when working with large volumes of data
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
Proactive approach with enthusiasm for process improvement.
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
Working towards or completed CIPP (desirable)
