Who we are looking for:

We have an opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to join our Pay & Reward team.



The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for partnering with a specific area of the organisation to provide exceptional delivery of payroll services. The postholder will support the delivery of an accurate, compliant and cost-effective payroll function including end to end processing of high-volume and complex payroll and benefits using the payroll software.



Key responsibilities include:


Supporting the wider team of Payroll Specialists with their areas or business functions where required. Ensuring monthly payroll data checks are completed to ensure high levels of accuracy and that employees are paid accurately and on-time. Supporting the Pensions Manager and Reward Analyst with preparation, validation and submission of all. Reports for our benefit provider and ensure they meet the prescribed deadlines. Acting as a subject matter expert in the payroll system and maintain a substantial knowledge of the HR system.

This is a home-based role, with occasional travel.



This advert is for a fixed term contract, for 12 months. This is a full-time role for 35 hours per week. The salary for this position is 32,577 per annum.
