Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our clients growing team. As the Payroll Officer you will be responsible for handling all payroll activities and processes for their organisation. Your role will involve managing multiple payrolls and ensuring compliance with payroll-related regulations and deadlines.
The job role will include:
- Processing a monthly payroll for the company
- Timely and accurate processing and issuance of payroll payments.
- Manage starter, leaver, and staff changes administration
- Addressing pay queries and provide administrative support for staff fringe benefits & pensions.
- Uploading pension data, ensuring compliance with pension requirements.
- Reconcile data to HMRC and arrange payments of PAYE liabilities.
- Coordinate and arrange payments for Attachment of Earnings.
- Proven experience in managing payroll processes
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and pension schemes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and address queries.
