We're introducing a dedicated friendly and helpful HR telephone support team to assist colleagues and line managers with queries around HR policies, processes, and pay. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that will evolve as we develop our systems.



Key Responsibilities:


Provide expert advice and support to help colleagues with all their HR queries (e.g. policies, pay, benefits) Offer prompt and accurate responses to queries, aiming for first-time resolution Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with GDPR Guide, coach and support line managers with more complex queries (e.g. complaints, grievances, etc.) escalating where necessary Collaborate with shared services teams to manage queries from start to finish
What to Expect:


Phone Line Focused: The role will start as phone line-based support but will evolve to include chat and helpdesk support as we develop our systems
Working Hours: You'll work across shifts from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday, for a total of 37.5 hours per week
Working arrangements: In the offices in Bradford, West Yorkshire 5 days per week

What We're Looking For:


Experience working on a helpline or in a contact centre Knowledge of HR policies and processes, with experience using People systems and data Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, actionable guidance Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple queries and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with helpdesk tools, even if not specific to our systems
