People Adviser

, you'll play a hands-on role across the full employee lifecycle, with exposure to global projects, transformation initiatives, and complex people challenges in a fast-paced, inclusive, and collaborative environment.

You'll enjoy variety in your day -- no two days are the same -- working with colleagues and managers on everything from onboarding to employee relations, change initiatives, training delivery, and supporting global HR projects. All while being part of a supportive team that values learning, inclusion, and growth.

What you'll be doing:

Be the first point of contact for all people queries, delivering pragmatic, customer-focused solutions. Manage the end-to-end onboarding experience, probation reviews, and lifecycle admin. Support managers on ER cases (including TUPE, absence, performance, family-friendly). Deliver training to managers and employees, face-to-face and remotely. Get involved in global projects, change initiatives, and process improvements. Contribute to monthly reporting, governance, and data accuracy across our HRIS and systems.

What you'll bring:

CIPD Level 3+ (or equivalent experience) HR generalist experience in a fast-paced, high-change environment (ideally global) Knowledge of UK employment law; European/global a bonus Confidence managing ER cases, delivering training, and supporting change projects Strong organisational skills, data accuracy, and stakeholder communication
