We are looking for a People Advisor to join us for a 12 month period of maternity cover. You will be a trusted expert, guiding managers, supporting with policy updates and involvement in projects which support the complete employee lifecycle. You will play a vital role in delivering an inclusive value led employee experience in a high-performing workplace.

In this maternity cover

role the successful candidate will

:

Act as the first point of contact for mangers and employees, providing expert advice and coaching. Provide guidance on people policies and best practice. Have a strong analytical mindset with experience using HRIS and Excel for reporting. Support line managers with employee relations and performance management. Support wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.

To be considered for this exciting role candidates will:

Have proven generalist HR experience, including ER cases. Be CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it), or equivalent UK experience. Be collaborative and take a proactive approach to problem-solving. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Possess a genuine desire to support people and promote a positive workplace culture.
