About the Role


As our Senior HR Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to managers and employees alike, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle. From employee relations and performance management to recruitment, policy development, and organisational change, you'll play a key role in shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture.



Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality HR advice and support to managers and colleagues across all departments Lead on employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes Support recruitment and onboarding processes, helping attract and retain top talent Contribute to policy development and implementation Drive initiatives around employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion Collaborate on organisational change projects, including restructures and TUPE where applicable Coach and mentor HR team members


What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a generalist HR advisory role, ideally at a senior level Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and discretion CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience Must be willing to travel across the North West
