We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable People Advisor to join our collaborative People Services team based in Chandlers Ford.


As part of the Luxion Group, home to innovative brands such as Utilita Energy and Procode Technology, you'll be at the heart of our people operations, providing expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters.



Your work closely with our People Partners, identifying trends and risks and ensure all activity complies with UK employment law, internal policies, and best practice, in a timely manner.



You'll collaborate with other members of the People team such as; Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, Payroll & Benefits, People systems and Reward, to help streamline processes, leverage data and automation to enhance our services across the group.


To ensure the integrity of our data you will evaluate data using our HR systems (Workday), providing insights to the People Team and stakeholders. You'll also contribute to people-related projects with a collaborative and positive approach.

With your background in handling employee relations, you'll be confident managing casework, running investigations, and resolving issues in a fair and consistent way that aligns with our policies.


We work fast, so being flexible is key. You'll be comfortable juggling different tasks and projects, adapting quickly when things change and keeping priorities in check.


You'll have an evidence led approach that inform our people decisions.
