Job Description

As a People & Talent Partner, your core mission will be to find, attract, and hire the best talent to join OakNorth. In addition to driving recruitment, you'll be the main People point of contact for our Manchester office--providing on-the-ground support, fostering strong relationships, and helping to embed our culture locally. If you're passionate about recruitment and want to play a key role in growing and supporting an

+ Finding exceptional talent for Operations, Client Onboarding, and other departments by sourcing candidates who align with our values and objectives.
+ Using LinkedIn and other tools to connect with potential candidates and build strong, diverse talent pipelines.
+ Writing and sharing job ads that showcase who we are and what we're looking for.
+ - Coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and staying in touch with candidates
+ throughout the hiring journey.
+ Making sure every candidate has a smooth and positive experience, from first message
+ to job offer.
+ Supporting our employer brand and EVP in Manchester by helping create content for social media, campaigns, or behind-the-scenes stories.
+ Working closely with the wider Talent team and hiring managers to understand what great looks like and help build inclusive hiring processes.

+ Work alongside the Talent team, contributing to and supporting wider people initiatives and projects that drive business results.
