Your role as People Coordinator



The Key relationships will primarily be within the HR function but will also link into a wider stakeholder population within our corporate and retail operations. Workday Systems Team - work with the SME leads to drive improvements founded from trend analysis People Helpdesk - work efficiently and effectively to support external HCM processes, providing clear updates and guidance to deliver gold standard support Wider HR Teams - all divisions who require Workday support to deliver operational needs Operational Processes - Responsible for SOPs ensuring all processes are adhered to and align to current HCM Gold standard service model which supports our teams with people processes and queries whilst upskilling around the self-serve model Team Effectiveness - Responsible for supporting the HR Manager and Senior Co-Ordinator in delivery of processes Risk Mitigation - Promote effective processes and audits to confirm correct controls in place Customer satisfaction scores - measures services levels to support gold standard objective

What you'll bring...



Knowledge of HR people practices and processes Knowledge of HR software, Workday HCM would be advantageous Knowledge of GDPR processes Proficient in Microsoft office Focuses on improvement, looks for opportunities without introducing risk Able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels Good attention to detail, ensuring accuracy when communicating to your customer Discreet, handle sensitive information with care and maintain confidentiality A team contributor, able to adapt and adjust to changes in different situations and customer needs Good at prioritisation manages own workload taking accountability and responsibility for completion

The purpose of the People Co-ordinator is to support various HR processes and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. This role is pivotal in maintaining a high level of service and accuracy in tasks that are external to automated systems, supports the HR Manager and Senior HR Co-ordinator, and acts as a gatekeeper for processes that support internal and external audits. Additionally, they contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment, supporting the team in achieving its goals and maintaining high employee satisfaction.
