What are we looking for?
As we continue our journey as Cora Health from our new beginnings it's really important that we set up success to look after our people. That's exactly what this role is all about. The first point of contact for People queries and the friendly, helpful support that comes after.
This role would suit a newly graduated HR professional looking to get exposed to the whole colleague lifecycle and a varied workload following organisational change.
As a People Coordinator you will:
You will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks within the People Operations team are executed accurately, efficiently and on time.. You will also support the Payroll, Recruitment & Partnering teams with exciting projects and ad hoc queries and processing.
Governance and compliance is really important to us as a People function, and you will support on all relevant people centred compliance elements such as DBS validity, visa compliance and professional registration.
Above all you will be an organised individual, passionate about People , committed to supporting the people strategy for the business, and remembering that there's a person at the end of every process.
A day in the life might look like
Morning coffee & standup with the team to triage Helpdesk Tickets, making sure they get to the right people at the right times and everyone knows how to succeed for the day.
Mid morning compliance checking
Lunch on the business park or at home with your feet up!
Afternoon spent helping with Colleague data for our focus groups
Round out the day with getting new starters excited for their first day
What we're looking for
Our ideal candidate might come from many backgrounds and all applications will be considered on their own merits, however the ideal candidate would look a bit like this... Previous administrative or coordination experience
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work with conflicting priorities and multiple deadlines
Solid numeracy and analytical skills
Understanding of the importance of confidentiality when working in a data sensitive environment
Previous experience working within a People team
Experience of creating data driven reports
