Role Overview:
The People Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks related to employee management and engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and contribute to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR databases (HealthboxHR & Talos360)
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Support employee relations activities
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
Qualifications & Experience:
CIPD Level 3 Qualification
Previous experience in HR Manufacturing environment
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
