Role Purpose:

We're looking for a People Ops Coordinator to join our team at Leicester City FC. Someone who is organised, approachable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day people queries, supporting everything from onboarding to employee engagement. If you're a natural problem-solver, love working with people, and can keep things moving with a smile, this could be the perfect role for you!

Essential skillsExcellent organisational and multitasking abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise workloads and respond to last minute changes Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support event schedulesConfident using MS Office and working with data

Desirable skillsProven experience in workforce scheduling and people operations, ideally within events or hospitality Experience in working with Ubeya
