Support Centre

, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

The role is permanent and full time
Hybrid working arrangements with up to three days in the office
Supportive and experienced team with

Your future, your role




As a People Pay Manager, you'll be:

A key leader within our People Services function, responsible for overseeing both the Payroll and Clinician (self-employed) Pay teams
Ensuring Payroll and clinician pay processes are accurate, timely, and compliant
Having strong collaboration across People Services, Finance, and HR.

We are looking for

:

An experienced payroll manager (CIPP qualified or equivalent).
A candidate with strong pensions expertise and experience overseeing pension administration.
The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure and able to provide senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Has led multi-team payroll operations covering both employed and self-employed populations (desirable)
