You will work across all aspects of our performance management framework including
business planning, performance measurement, self evaluation, risk management and
regulation. You will have the opportunity to shape and develop the framework and work on projects that impact on the full range of Council Service areas, working with people across the organisation. The role is varied, the context challenging, and the opportunities are numerous.

SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
: Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year.
i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers
