Role Overview:

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of personal and business immigration matters, providing expert advice and support to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor to work in a busy, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing legal advice on personal and business immigration matters, including visa applications, extensions, sponsorship, compliance, and appeals. Preparing and submitting immigration applications and documentation. Representing clients in communications with the Home Office, tribunals, and other relevant authorities. Managing a caseload efficiently and keeping clients updated on progress. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional requirements. Supporting the development of the Immigration team through mentoring and collaboration.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales. Demonstrable experience in personal and business immigration law. Strong knowledge of UK immigration rules, processes, and procedures. Excellent communication, client management, and organisational skills. Ability to manage a full caseload independently. Local to Stratford (E15 4BL) or willing to commute easily. Available to start immediately and committed to a full-time, office-based role.
