We are a fast-paced and creative interiors and furniture business seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide professional support to the Founder. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is confident handling a varied workload, and can seamlessly balance business and personal support.
The PA will be responsible for diary and travel management, administration, and supporting business development activities, while also providing personal assistance to ensure the smooth running of both professional and personal commitments.
This role requires a high degree of discretion, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Support
Provide full diary management for the Founder, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Manage inbox and correspondence; draft, proof, and respond to emails as appropriate.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for business trips and events.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and business documents.
Support business development activities, including research, follow-up with potential clients, and maintaining CRM or contact databases.
Assist with project coordination and liaise with clients and partners in the interiors and furniture sector.
Provide administrative support for key business operations, including expenses, contracts, and supplier management.
Personal Support
Manage the Founder's personal diary, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with household administration, bookings, and ad hoc tasks to ensure personal commitments are well-organised.
Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Provide ad hoc lifestyle support, such as reservations, family coordination and support, and errands as required.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience as a PA, EA, or similar role supporting senior leadership
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident, resourceful, and able to work independently with a proactive approach.
Good with children and young people, working well within a team and individually
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Interest in interiors, design, or luxury lifestyle sectors is a plus.
