Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly organised, forward-thinking, and dynamic

Personal Assistant (PA)

to provide full administrative support to the Director. The ideal candidate will not only be detail-oriented and efficient but also bring creativity and competitiveness to the role. You will be responsible for managing schedules, communications, and day-to-day tasks, while also contributing to content creation, visual presentations, and company marketing.

As a UK and European-based company, this role will include travel requirements.



Key Responsibilities:



Diary and Schedule Management:

Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Correspondence Handling:

Manage emails, phone calls, and written communications on behalf of the director.

Administrative Support:

Prepare reports, presentations, proposals and documents as required.

Event Coordination:

Plan and organise meetings, events, and conferences.

Task Prioritisation:

Manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines effectively.

Travel Arrangements:

Book flights, hotels, transportation, and create detailed itineraries.

Creative Input:

Support with marketing, visual content, and content design using tools like Canva.

Social Media:

Assist with creating content and supporting online presence where needed.

Confidentiality Maintenance:

Handle sensitive information with discretion.

Personal Errands:

Assist with occasional personal tasks as needed.

Office Management:

Work with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Experience:

Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Canva, social media and scheduling tools.

Organisational Skills:

Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads efficiently.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Discretion & Professionalism:

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Forward-thinking with a dynamic and solution-oriented mindset.
