JPS Walker Solicitors cover all areas of personal injury with a focus on travel litigation, serious injuries, and package holiday claims.
You will work closely with a Partner to assist on a complex caseload. We offer a supportive environment with thorough training and development so everyone who works with us has the knowledge required to progress their career.
Your job role will include the following:
Taking initial instructions from new clients to allow the claim to be assessed Maintaining excellent levels of customer service Drafting Letters of Claim, Witness Statements, Instructions to Counsel, Schedules of Loss and Court documents Developing key skills with a view to gaining the necessary knowledge to run your own caseload
Skills and experience required:
Minimum of 3 months experience dealing with Personal Injury matters Strong organisational skills Working to strict deadlines An excellent standard of written English including spelling, grammar and punctuation Strong telephone manner and the ability to communicate with clients and negotiate/objection handle Previous experience of Proclaim desired but not essential
