We are a local firm that focuses on Housing Disrepair, Personal Injury, Clinical and Dental Negligence, Litigation and Wills.

Due to the influx of work, we are looking to recruit a motivated Fee Earner to join our expanding Personal Injury Department due to our fast paced environment. It is an exciting time to join us as we are going through a period of expansion.

An ideal candidate will be able to manage around 180 - 220 pre-litigated RTA files which will range from the MOJ Portal cases to OIC cases. The type of work varies but not limited to slip and trip, cycle claims, pedestrian claims, motorbike claims and serious injuries.

We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate commercial awareness and be business driven.

Desirable Skills

Degree LPC Qualified / Master's Level Experience of using Proclaim

Description of Role

Please apply if you meet the below criteria:-

- The candidate must have at least 3 years experience in handling pre-litigated RTA files.

- Ability to independently manage a caseload and to meet deadlines.

- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and to work effectively as a team

- Meet monthly targets and generate fee income

- Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel

- Managing junior staffs and reporting back to Director

Salary: 28,000.00 - 36,000.00 per year
