We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza & Pasta Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing high-quality pizzas and fresh pasta dishes, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining excellent food standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, including dough stretching, topping, and oven management
Prepare and cook fresh pasta dishes to restaurant standards
Ensure consistency, presentation, and portion control for all dishes
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen station at all times
Follow recipes, cooking procedures, and hygiene regulations
Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and mise en place
Monitor food quality, freshness, and waste control
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Maintain proper cleaning, safety, and sanitisation practices
Requirements:
Previous experience as a pizza chef and/or pasta chef
Strong knowledge of dough handling, pizza techniques, and pasta cooking
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and commitment to high food standards
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours
