Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pizza Chef to join our busy kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious pizzas, pasta, side orders, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and sauces according to established recipes and standards Cook pizzas to perfection using appropriate methods and equipment Ensure all food preparation complies with food safety and hygiene regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace at all times Assist with meal preparation during peak hours to ensure timely service Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or issues to management Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service Follow health and safety protocols diligently to uphold a safe working environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or catering setting is essential Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene Experience in meal preparation, particularly in pizza or similar cuisine, is advantageous Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent teamwork and communication skills A passion for culinary arts and delivering high-quality food experiences Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if required
